For my part, I did the same program twice and wow, what a feeling.. immense good with rapid results..

I'm not a great athlete to begin with, but with Sonia's programs, I have learned over the years to appreciate and give my best version of myself. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose but it was mainly to strengthen and tone my body.

Top programs that don't take too much time and give amazing results!! The dry ones are suitable for all types of people. I am diabetic and this has not caused me any problems (results after two pregnancies).

After gaining 20kg during my first pregnancy I tried a sports program and wow what a result I lost all my excess kg! Subsequently I purchased the nutritional programs and frankly all the programs are top notch, very well explained.

Renaissance and breath of fresh air are the two words that come to mind when I think of Sonia, at a time in my life when things weren't necessarily going well, her programs gave me back the desire to live and simply for that.... THANK YOU🥰

I started one of the TBC programs a year ago and I was impressed and so happy with the results. So I continued with other sports and nutritional programs and I would recommend 200% because the programs are really well done and easy to follow even when you have a busy active life.

Thanks to the programs, I lost 4 kilos and I am in a phase of stabilizing and strengthening (or at least toning) my body.
I have been following all the lives diligently for a year and frankly the sport has become a real pleasure 😊 I don't feel forced or constrained and I enjoy it a lot.

The first time I discovered Sonia's programs, I didn't really believe it, I had tried so many things without really having any results that I took the program without conviction. And then after two weeks of sport the results were felt physically and morally. Since then I've been a fan of it, and I've already lost 13kg.

Simple sports programs to follow with easy exercises even when you are a beginner.
The nutritional programs are great, predefined menus, shopping lists at the start of the week. This allows for quick and easy organization when you're working and don't really know what to do at lunchtime or in the evening.

Thanks to the Summer body and winter body programs, I gained muscle, slimmed down my waist and became firmer. I enjoyed making healthy and delicious meals for the whole family. Well-made programs and above all visually pleasing!

I gained 20kg during my pregnancy and at 8 months postpartum it was impossible to lose it, that's when I started the Dry program, adapting it to my breastfeeding and I got my body back. I discovered some lovely recipes and learned to eat the right quantities, I hate when people talk to me about diets... it's a healthy and varied diet rebalancing.
